Blue Lagoon Island Beach Day
Start your day with a 40-minute scenic boat ride through historic Nassau Harbor on a high-speed ferry to Blue Lagoon Island. Enjoy this private island at your leisure. Swim on a pristine beach, just relax and lounge in a double hammock or enjoy activities like volleyball and beach soccer. You can also visit the Dolphin Encounter’s facility and observe friendly Bahamian Atlantic bottlenose dolphins, sea lions, and southern stingrays in their natural habitat. Enjoy a complimentary lunch and soft drink – tropical drinks are available at the bar for an additional cost. Enjoy use of inner tubes and noodles. Other non-motorized equipment and activities such as kayaks and inflatable aqua and bounce parks are available for an additional fee.


This tour offers the ideal combination of sailing and snorkeling. After a short stroll, you’ll board your catamaran, which features a shaded lounge and spacious deck, for a cruise through historic Nassau Harbor en route to one of two spectacular reefs. Here, you’ll see natural coral reefs teaming with the ocean’s wildlife on a snorkel adventure.
During your sail, you’ll receive your snorkel gear and instructions from the knowledgeable crew, who will accompany you into the water to ensure your safety and enjoyment. Blue Lagoon Dolphin Encounter, Beach Day & Snorkel
Cruise to Blue Lagoon Island on a sleek double-decker ferry for an up-close encounter with Atlantic bottlenose dolphins at an American Humane-certified facility. Upon arriving at the island, which is also known as Salt Cay, you will first learn about the characteristics and behavior of dolphins, such as how they communicate and use echolocation to hunt prey. Once in the water, you will stand on a waist-deep submerged platform that allows easy access to these highly intelligent marine mammals. A trainer will be on hand to recommend the best ways to interact with and touch the dolphins. You can expect an unforgettable experience as dolphins are naturally curious and social. During the two hours or so of beach time that follows, you might settle into a lounge chair and bask in the sun, take a refreshing swim, and snorkel in the turquoise sea. There are also shops in the Bahamian village nearby.

Fun With Nature – Swimming Pigs
Cruise to subtropical Rose Island to relax on the beach and interact with its most well-known residents—a passel of cute, friendly pigs that will swim out into the ocean to greet you. On the way there, you will see many of the attractions around Nassau’s harbor and hear tales of the domesticated pigs that inhabit Rose Island. The pigs have been pampered since they were babies and love attention, so be ready for a fun, up-close and personal experience. Once you wade into the shallow waters, you can expect the pigs to approach, knowing that food awaits. The guide will show you how to feed the pigs and the best ways to interact with them while swimming. The pigs couldn’t be cuter or more enthusiastic about the attention. You will also have time to enjoy activities such as beach volleyball, a refreshing swim in the sea and lounging about while Caribbean music plays in the background.

Pearl Island Pigs Beach Adventure
OVERVIEW
Cruise to idyllic Pearl Island on a catamaran for a relaxing beach escape with the opportunity to swim with a passel of pigs on a neighboring island. It won’t take long to reach Pearl Island as it lies just a few miles east of Nassau’s harbor. You will spend hours on this slender oasis that boasts two beaches. Feel free to bask in the sun on a comfortable lounge chair, swim in the turquoise sea and enjoy watersports such as kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. In time, the catamaran will bring you to nearby Athol Island, whose only residents are pigs. They are used to human contact and soon after you enter the water they will swim out to greet you. The guide will recommend the best ways to interact with these friendly pigs, who are excellent swimmers. The experience will provide plenty to talk about over a traditional Bahamian lunch back on Pearl Island.

Discover Nassau Town & Atlantis
OVERVIEW
Gain insight into the history of Nassau and how the capital city has changed over the centuries by visiting key landmarks, beginning with Fort Fincastle. Built to resemble a paddle-wheel steamboat with a huge wedge-shaped bow, the fort has perched on a hilltop since 1793, although it was never attacked. As a defense, the only access to the fort is the Queen’s Staircase, whose 66 steps were hand-cut through solid limestone. Other historical highlights include the Governor’s House and the Governor General’s official residence since 1801. But there is much more to Nassau than history as you will see by passing the lively Straw Market on the way to the Bahamas Rum Cake Factory, where you will sample the namesake cake, which may be flavored with banana, cinnamon or piña colada. In time, you will cross Sidney Poitier Bridge, named for the first Bahamian to win an Oscar, and pause for photos of the luxurious and iconic Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island.

Pearl Island Beach Escape With Lunch

Relax and unwind on Pearl Island, an idyllic tropical setting with plenty of amenities to ensure that your time is well spent. A short ferry ride across the harbor will bring you to the slender, meticulously maintained private island, where you will enjoy about four hours of free time to do as you please. You might start by climbing the lighthouse for the ultimate view of the island and the azure seas that surround it. Not far away, you will find two beaches that are ideal for basking in the sun and swimming just off shore. If you’d prefer to stretch out on a lounge chair, you are welcome to settle into one beneath a towering palm.
